um Fixation claims to have coined the phrase "oral creampie" and focuses on blowjobs which climax, pun intended, with oral cumshots. The makers of Cum Fixation don't fool around with phony premises involving the picking up of random girls off the street - instead, they hire girls and tell them exactly what they want to see, which the girls do with smiles on their faces.
